Kinetic Structures was founded in 1986 as a manufacture of wire mesh vibration isolators for the aircraft industry.  Wire mesh vibration isolators are used in the main engine mounts for the MD-80 and DC-9 aircraft as well as the APU engine mounts for the Boeing 757 and 767 aircraft.  Working closely with the FAA, Kinetic Structures developed and received FAA Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) for these wire mesh products along with the secondary structural parts in these engine mounts.  Today, Kinetic Structures is supplying the aircraft aftermarket  with a complete package of parts to overhaul these aircraft engine mount systems.

Quality

Rest assured that Kinetic Structures' parts are manufactured to the same quality standards as the OEM.  Kinetic Structures' quality system has been audited and approved by the FAA and major aerospace companies.  With over 15 years in the business of manufacturing aircraft parts, Kinetic Structures' quality level is impeccable.  We maintain a dedicated and knowledgeable staff who care about the quality of the product.  All parts are shipped with a Certificate of Conformance and the FAA Production Approval Supplement.

Pricing

Kinetic Structures specializes in the manufacturing of wire mesh vibration isolators and has become very efficient at producing a quality product.  This efficiency translates into a low cost product for our customers.  Our prices are significantly lower than the OEM while maintaining the highest levels of quality.  PMA parts have been proven to increase competition in the marketplace and have driven down prices at both the PMA manufacturer and the OEM.
