Engine Mounts

 

Kinetic Structures started as a company by manufacturing replacement parts for the aircraft engine mount market.  What initially began as manufacturing wire mesh components for the DC-9 engine mount system soon expanded to include all the secondary sheet metal and machined parts for the system.  With the success of the DC-9, Kinetic Structures began manufacturing replacement parts for the MD-80 engine mount system followed by the 757 and 767 APU engine mount systems.  Kinetic Structures currently holds FAA Parts Manufacturers Approval (PMA) for 31 engine mount components.

Kinetic Structures quality system is approved by the FAA to meet the standards for aircraft parts manufacturing.  Our PMA parts are held to quality control measures that are equal to or better than the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). We consistently achieved zero customer escapes year after year, primarily due to our dedicated and knowledgeable staff that understands quality is not compromised.  All parts are shipped with a Certificate of Compliance and with the FAA Production Approval Supplement. Kinetic Structures has been approved as a PMA supplier to American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Alaskan Airlines, Northwest Airlines, SAS, Lord Corporation, and many others.
